A SIMPLE WAY TO HELP

Stephen Fry once said that, If you know someone who's depressed please resolve never ask them why. Depression is not a straight-forward response to any bad situation; depression just is, like the weather. We should try to understand the blackness, lethargy, hopelessness and loneliness they are going through. Be there for them when they come through the other side of the world. It is hard to be a friend to someone who is depressed, but it is one of the kindest, noblest and best of the things you will ever do.
